Dr NOXOLO NSELE
Dr Noxolo Nsele was born in Manguzi, KwaZulu-Natal, where she grew up and completed her primary and secondary school education.
Her love for medicine developed at a very young age and was made possible by the support she received from her family and community.
She is a fellow graduate at Nelson R Mandela School of Medicine, where she completed her degree in 2007. Following this, she completed her internship over two years at the Pietermaritzburg Hospital Complex.
Dr Nsele’s passion for paediatrics developed during her community service at Hlabisa Hospital. She pursued her training as a paediatrician and obtained her fellowship in 2016.
Since then, she has worked as a paediatrician at Inkosi Albert Luthuli Hospital Paediatric Haematology and Oncology Department. Additionally, she practices from Pietermaritzburg Hospital Complex, which includes Greys, Edendale and Northdale Hospitals. Dr Nsele strives to ensure optimised care for all her patients.
Outside paediatrics, she is a mother to 2 amazing boys and enjoys spending time with close friends and family.
